"Cheesecake Goddess"Cheesecakes Originally I made cheese because I couldn't find what I considered to be a quality cheese to make my 'Cheesecake Goddess' cheesecakes. Even after I began making my own cheese it became obvious the milk I was buying wasn't up to standard for making excellent cheese. Since any good cook will tell you "it's the freshest ingredients that give the best flavor" I wanted only the very best. That's how my own dairy came into being. I knew if I raised the animals, determined their nutritional program and cared for them myself I could produce a cheese 'worthy' of creating an exceptional quality cheesecake. Even my eggs are from local free range hens. I began creating recipes for both sweet and savory cheesecakes. All of which have crusts to compliment the filling. I buy nuts from friends with small groves or from small farm growers. I enjoy working with other small family farms to create delectable treats. Some cheesecakes are made seasonally and others are available year around. Listed below are a few available on a continuous basis:
I continually create and try new recipes for cheesecakes and seldom make the more common flavors you will see advertised at other sites. I specialize in "sweet heat". If you' re a 'chile' aficionado then you'll love the variety of chiles offered in the various cheesecakes. Fine cooking is an art and I study, experiment and research ingredients and combinations on a regular basis.
