The Farm Can Offer You
Wise Woman Ways Farm offers individuals the

It all started fourteen years ago when my late father,
Chief Two Trees, passed the pipe of wisdom to me.
He was dying and we all knew it. And he wanted the
seat of knowledge firmly planted before he made his
transition.
It wasn't a pleasant day for me. There were many
people downstairs waiting for the ceremony to
transpire and all I could do is stand upstairs in the
bathroom and cry nonstop. A few close friends gave
me the emotional support to go downstairs and face
the people and accept the pipe. My father, never
wavering in his conviction it was the right thing to do. I
accepted my first eagle feather gift and the
responsibility of maintaining the ancient wisdoms
passed to me and to continue the tradition of
Knowledge Keeper. My Dad, convinced it was right as
the next day we received news of the birth of the white
female buffalo calf the day of the pipe passing. My
father left us a few months later and I packed up the
pipe and myself and moved back west again. I had no
desire or inclination to take up the responsibilities...at
forty three I was still too young.
Over the years I continued to study, gather wisdom
experiences and translate these into applicable
everyday spiritual experiences. This search for living
in a 'state of Grace and Spiritual attunement has led
me to where I am today. I'm a Knowledge Keeper, a
Medicine Shield maker and a Shield healer now a
decade and a half later. My Dad was right, he had
known all along. I just needed time and experience to
grow into it.
Today I spend my time creating those experiences
which are unique and deeply satisfying from ancient
wisdom passed down for generations. I share the
ancient wisdom with those genuinely seeking to
expand their awareness and spiritual connection
through our Earth Mother.

The farm raises Churiesian dairy sheep, Blue Faced
Leicester sheep, mini-Nubian milk goats and cashgora
crossbred goats. The animals provide the fresh, rich
milk from which we make our cheese and cheesecakes
. The sheep and goat fiber is used to create our felted
products. Since I am a Medicine Shield maker, I use
the fiber to create my Shields in addition to felted
blankets and rugs.
